Experience That Matters:

In addition to facilitating the ADHD Brain Training Program at Theragen, I’m proud to work as a Mental Health Therapist with the Peace Wapiti Public School Division. I work daily with students and families to navigate mental health concerns, including ADHD. My role involves mental health school-based interventions, and collaboration with educators to create supportive learning environments. I also provide staff training on key topics like suicide risk assessment and ADHD management.

How I Do Things:

I believe in a holistic and practical approach to helping families manage ADHD. In our sessions, we’ll work together to uncover what works for your child—tools to help them focus, strategies to manage emotions, and ways to foster confidence at home and school. This program is designed not only to support your child but also to empower you as a parent with insights and actionable strategies.

Whether through my work in schools or the ADHD Brain Training Program, my goal is to help children and families feel understood and supported. ADHD doesn’t have to feel like a roadblock—it can become a gateway to growth, self-discovery, and success.
