Our services are available to all Alberta residents:
• Two Service Options: Visit us in-person at our Grande Prairie location 🏢 or connect with us online via secure telehealth appointments 💻.
• Insurance Coverage: Your sessions may be covered by your health insurance. Please check with your provider before your first session to confirm coverage for psychotherapy. We offer direct billing with Alberta Blue Cross, ASEBP, Manulife, Canada Life, and many others.
• Cancellation Policy: To ensure quality care for all clients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy 🕒. If you need to cancel, please do so through your profile at least 48 hours before your session or email us at admin@theragen.ca.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that while our past can
provide insight into our present, it doesn’t have to define our future.
Together, we can explore different perspectives, expand your possibilities,
and empower you to make choices that align with the life you want to lead.
In our sessions, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic
environment where we can explore new ways of thinking, transform
behavioral patterns, and heal from past traumas. We may focus on
improving your relationship with your emotions and finding practical
solutions to the challenges you face. The goal is to increase your self-
awareness and foster a sense of control over your life’s direction.
I am here to support you through mental health challenges such as anxiety,
depression, and stress. Together, we’ll work on issues related to identity,
relationships, life transitions, and coping with loss. We’ll discover strategies
to manage emotions more effectively, build your confidence, and improve
communication with loved ones.
Reaching out for support takes courage and intention. It reflects a desire for
change and a willingness to invest in your own well-being and growth. I
invite you to take that next step and begin this process. Together, we will
identify your strengths, make sense of your experiences, and move toward
a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. You don’t have to do this alone
